As Vice President of Asset Management at Blue Steel Development (BSD), Leslie Raysin oversees the performance, operations, and long-term strategy of the company’s industrial real estate portfolio. She is responsible for maximizing asset value through proactive management, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Leslie ensures effective lease management and financial reporting to maintain transparency and accuracy. She leads capital planning initiatives to support sustained growth and manages risk through comprehensive assessment and mitigation strategies. A strong collaborator, she maintains transparent and productive communication with investors, tenants, and stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.

Leslie joined Blue Steel Development in 2020 and brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining BSD, she spent five years with Marcobay Construction, where she managed their industrial portfolio and gained extensive experience in asset performance.

Leslie is married to her husband, Nick, and they have two daughters, Hadley and Rowan.

Educational Background

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Auburn University.
