Austin Jones brings over 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry, combining technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver successful projects in key markets throughout the United States.

As a key member of the Blue Steel team, Austin oversees all aspects of site selection, feasibility analysis, due diligence, permitting, and entitlements for each development. His attention to detail and deep understanding of local regulations ensure that every project begins on solid ground.

In addition to his development responsibilities, Austin plays a leading role in cultivating new client relationships and expanding Blue Steel’s national platform. His ability to pair technical execution with strong communication and relationship-building makes him a trusted partner to clients, consultants, and stakeholders across the country.

Austin serves on the board of the Plant City Economic Development Council.

Educational Background

Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
