Debi Stolberg serves as the Director of Operations at Blue Steel Development (BSD) in Lakeland, Florida, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and leads its marketing and graphic design initiatives for real estate development projects.

Leveraging her creative and strategic expertise, Debi develops comprehensive branding strategies, produces high-quality marketing materials, and ensures a cohesive visual identity across all company platforms. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Debi previously held positions with Marcus & Millichap and Colliers, where she provided operational and transaction support while creating customized marketing materials for brokerage teams. This experience continues to enhance her strategic and detail-oriented approach at BSD.
