Mark Roy

Vice President | Design & Construction

Mark serves as Vice President of Design and Construction for Blue Steel Development (BSD). In his role, Mark leads all aspects of project due diligence, programming, architectural and engineering coordination, contractor selection, budgeting, and field execution.

Mark brings a decade of experience in design and construction management. Prior to joining Blue Steel, Mark worked with a leading national design/build contractor where he was responsible for project and operations management as well as business development. His experience has honed his ability to manage complex design requirements, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle. His collaborative approach and technical depth ensure that each facility is designed strategically, constructed efficiently, and delivered to meet the operational needs of the end user.

Educational Background

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
