Max Goserud

Investment Analyst

Max Goserud is an Investment Analyst at Blue Steel Development, supporting the firm’s capital deployment strategy across its nationwide portfolio. His responsibilities span market research, financial underwriting, and deal evaluation, as well as working alongside the asset management team to contribute across the full investment life cycle from initial screening through project execution.

Prior to joining BSD, Max gained hands-on capital markets experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Colliers, where he supported the Industrial Capital Markets team across various Southeast U.S. markets. As part of the brokerage team, he built rent rolls, analyzed sale and lease comparables, conducted lease reviews to assess tenant credit risk, and contributed to Broker Opinions of Value – giving him direct exposure to the analytical rigor that drives institutional real estate decisions.

Educational Background

Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Florida State University and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.
